Digital Marketing Executives 3 Nos ( Male)
Digital Marketing Executive with 1 year experience

1. Managing social media pages with a digital growth strategy.
2. Coming up with online contests for audience engagement.
3. Creating strategies for brand promotion and increasing the visibility of the brand.
4. Working on monthly management of calendar, creative content, blogs, social media growth strategies, digital ads, and organic strategies.
5. Working on engagement with bloggers.
6. Interested to learn about Website updates and website optimization in terms of content and SEO.
7. Copywriting for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing ideas
8. Design and present new social media campaign ideas
9. Track, report, and analyze campaign performance to foresee and resolve issues before they occur daily and proactively.
10. Lead and manage media campaigns with definite conclusions and actions
11. Identify and evaluate new campaign opportunities and growth initiatives and convert them into short-term or long-term projects with estimated timelines and expected results
12. Participate in departmental or cross-team meetings to communicate results and issues
13. Audit accounts periodically and suggest any optimization changes related to account structure and optimization to improve the content
14. Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all digital marketing campaigns assessed against ROI and KPIs

Requirements: SEO, SEM, Video Editing skills, Content writing

Qualifications in the relevant field is mandatory Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Telecallers 3 Nos
Freshers- 6 Months 

1. Vendor Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to vendors, introduce the e-commerce platform, and establish or maintain relationships.

2. Order Confirmation: Communicate with vendors to confirm orders, ensuring accurate product details, quantities, and delivery timelines.

3. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to orders, payments, or product discrepancies by liaising between vendors and internal teams.

4. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from vendors regarding their experiences with the e-commerce platform, identifying areas for improvement.

5. Contractual Agreements: Communicate and ensure vendors adhere to contractual agreements, including pricing, terms, and conditions.

6. Inventory Management: Coordinate with vendors to manage and update inventory information, ensuring product availability and accuracy on the platform.

7. New Vendor Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new vendors, providing necessary information and documentation requirements.

8. Payment Follow-Up: Follow up on payment-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor payments.

9. Performance Tracking: Monitor vendor performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing feedback to vendors.

10. Market Intelligence: Gather information on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights for vendor management strategy.

Requirements:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently, especially in the context of order discrepancies or vendor-related issues.

Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail is crucial, particularly when confirming orders, managing inventory, and reviewing contractual agreements.

Negotiation Skills: Basic negotiation skills to ensure mutually beneficial terms with vendors.

Time Management: Efficiently manage time to handle multiple vendor interactions and tasks simultaneously.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and other tools relevant to vendor management.
