3. What is Cancellation, Return & Refund policy?
Cancellation: Within 24 hours of the order being placed, you can cancel the order by mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a message over WhatsApp on 9620526914 with the order id and reason for cancellation.
Refund: You may request for faulty or damaged item/s to be refunded (with proof attached). Please notify us of the products (in its original packaging) within 24 hours from delivery of the item/s. Your refund will be processed once we confirm receipt of your returned item within 10 Working days. We do not offer refunds on items which you have already received but change your mind about. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. When will I receive my order(s)?
Once the order is placed our back-end team will call the customers and get the confirmation. after the order confirmation, it will take around 7-10 working days to deliver the products. But some products like Sabai grass products, wooden or Unique Products will take around 12-15 days to despatch the products. If any delay in shipment, we will notify our customers.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment methods on Prepaid (Pay using Phonepe, Google Pay, or any UPI Payment methods, Credit Card/Debit Card/NetBanking) and Cash On Delivery (COD). *We working on the Cryptocurrency (BitCoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Binance Coin/BNB, Dogecoin/DOGE, Polygon/MATIC) payments acceptance in coming days.
6. Where is my order confirmation?
Once the order is placed Customers will receive an order placed by mail. All the placed orders will get a confirmation call from the back-end team to get orders confirmed.
7. How do I track my order?
As of now, all the tracking IDs will be shared through WhatsApp or email.
8. Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do ship international, but the delivery charges will be charged extra based on location and all international orders will be prepaid. For Bulk orders, we need a time of 45 days to dispatch products.
9. Is there is any Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
There is no minimum order quantity, but we encourage our customers to buy with more products which would easy with delivery charges.
10. Can I visit your shop?
We are available online as of now. We will help to deliver the products at your doorsteps.
11. Do you give products for Wholesale also?
Yes, we do, but the MOQ should be 20 pieces
12. Do you do Customisation also?
Yes, we do, but extra charges will apply.

15. How we pack item(s)?

16. Is COD is available for all products?
No. If the invoice value INR.5000/- and above, we take prepaid orders. We have also mentioned what are products are under prepaid in Products description.
