Damaged items getting delivered
If your package appears damaged, and upon opening it if you find the artifact damaged, call us at +91-9620526914 (10.30AM – 6PM) / email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of the package. Kindly follow the steps below so that we can process your returns as quickly as possible.
Make a note of the damage on the courier’s copy of the airway bill, and a copy of the airway bill, which you retain.
Also, appropriate remarks should be made on the delivery sheet (if applicable) of the courier personnel making the delivery.
Please notify ArtyCraftz.com directly within 24 hours of receipt of the Handicraft/Jewellery if there is damage along with the details of the damage.
Make opening video for any sort of complaint.
Also send us images of the work with close-ups of the damaged portion(s)
Unfortunately, replacements are not available for one–of-a-kind works (customized Handicraft/Jewellery) immediately. In such a case we would inform you about the feasibility of making another copy of the same object and the time that would be required.
The actual color and shape of the figures may slightly vary from the one shown in the product listing. Such variations will not be considered as damage.
We accept/not accept returns under the following situations:
Returning of the product will not be accepted when the customer has no valid reason for returning the product. And if the customer wishes to return for no given valid reason, the customer must bear the labour Cost and shipping charges.
Return will not be accepted If Price tag, stickers , hologram etc. are removed/ damaged
Refund: You may request for faulty or damaged item/s to be refunded (with proof attached). Please notify us of the products (in its original packaging) within 24 hours from delivery of the item/s. Your refund will be processed once we confirm receipt of your returned item, refund be done within 10 Working days. We do not offer refunds on items that you have already received but change your mind about. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
FEE: A cancellation fee of 2.5% will be applied to the amount paid by you while processing the refund. Any cashback/ discount earned on the order prior to the cancellation will be deducted. If the same cashback has been used completely or partially to place another order, the cashback amount will be deducted from the refund amount of the canceled product.
Refunded amount will be credited to your account within 7-10 working days.
